Tulips from Amsterdam
This is the card I created for this weeks Color Throwdown Challenge #640 where we had to use the colours Coral, Pink and Green.
Peach cardstock I used for the base was from my stash and the white card front is a piece I die cut from Bristol Smooth Cardstock. I inked the background slightly using Distress Oxide Spun Sugar. The Tulip Stamp is a Simon Says Stamp sss101959 Sketch Tulip Bouquet which I coloured using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers in Pink Flamingo No. 222 and Light Pink No.026 for the Tulip Flowers and Pale Green No. 045, Light Green No. 041 and Deep Green No. 044 for the leaves. I then fussy cut the image and adhered it to the background using some foam tape. The sentiment I stamped in VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink using a sentiment stamp from the Simon Says Stamp sss201900 Delicate Flowers Stamp Set. I stamped this onto a piece of pink cardstock from my stash. Both the card background and card front were die cut using a die from Waffleflower – Slim Lacy Layers Die No. 420494. For a final embellishment on the card I used some Rhinestones from the Kaisercraft Collection in colours Lippy Red RS405 and Soft Pink SB701.
